Are you the right fit?

BrandPipe is an invite-only business. We don't knock on doors looking for your sheckel, spend money on advertising or have a sales team. Our engagements are all from word of mouth and we decline more work than we accept. In fact, while our team and revenue is growing, we're actively imposing a restriction on the number of clients we work with. Why?

Quality over quantity

We work very hard to ensure that we're able to give all the attention our clients need and we do that by:

  • resourcing for SLA-beating performance
  • maintaining zero churn in our people
  • creating long-lasting connections between our teams and yours
  • talking in strategic terms with you as well as looking at your current challenges

Budgeting correctly

Software products are an ongoing investment. The environment in which it operates is constantly changing and budgeting for maintenance, oversight and performance is critical. At a minimum companies should factor 10% of their initial build cost in the first year, index-linked for inflation for subsequent years to remain in line with prevailing technical, security and industry best practice.

Web browsers and the devices on which they operate continue to evolve and this can impact the timeline by which your first essential Change Request (CR) is needed in order to maintain accessibility, service stability and operability.

BrandPipe constantly monitors the industry for upcoming events that require a CR. We also ask for adequate notice of client-controlled events or strategic decisions that require our intervention to maintain continuity of service.

It's not me, it's you

Relationships can get a bit neglected over time due to shifting client priorities, and we'll be there to support whatever you're going through (re-org, new leadership, account changes, new process, insource, outsource, we've seen it all). But, where there's a sustained divergance away from the principles of good contract governance, and our efforts to bring back focus don't bear fruit, we'll call time on the engagement.

You get out what you put in, and we'll be generous with our expertise when we all keep to the Spirit of Agreement.

The Spirit of Agreement

"The client agrees that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected."

These key words appear in every agreement we sign with a client whether or not it's written by us. It's a short-hand way of acknowledging that BrandPipe can agree to many things (and contracts are usually 90% about what the client needs and expects), but success comes from client behaviour as much as our expertise in that our clients agree to:

  • provide us with the assistance we may reasonably request and that you consider reasonably necessary in order to carry out our work;
  • provide us all co-operation, information and documentation reasonably required;.
  • understand the importance of communication and its clarity, especially via email, responding to questions andrequests in a timely manner;
  • provide fair and realistic notice in order for us to attend to requests, meetings and project work;
  • provide detailed clarification of projects needs to be supplied in order to meet your expectations and provide the best support and highest quality work; and
  • ensure prompt payment, of all charges it has committed to.
