4 day week
BrandPipe Ltd is joining a growing list of pioneering UK employers voluntarily offering a 4-day working week to all its employees, where it will reduce working time to 32 hours including breaks with no reduction in pay, rather than creating fewer working days with longer shifts.
The 6-month trial begins Monday, 04 November 2024. It is being run by the 4 Day Week Campaign, flexible working consultancy Timewise, with research support from University of Cambridge, Boston College and The Autonomy Institute. The results, including those of BrandPipe will be presented to the new Labour Government in Summer 2025.
